The response is well controlled and demonstrates a fluent, skilful approach to constructing an imaginative text. The ways of thinking associated with Navigating the Global are demonstrated through the construction of a well-defined setting and the development of sophisticated characterisation. The strong narrative voice and the inclusion of effective narrative forms and features are key elements of this response.
