The response demonstrates clear understanding of an advantage and a disadvantage of the computer-based system used at UMC compared to a paper-based filing system. It identifies some technological issues associated with storing/retrieval and displaying of image data. Further explanation of these issues and their implications would have enhanced the response. The response addresses the ethical usage of the information system by the doctor and receptionist.
