The response demonstrates sound knowledge and understanding of concepts in relation to arithmetic series. It uses appropriate approaches in the solution of problems. A sound understanding of the relationship between radians and degrees, and the correct application of concepts relevant to determining the focus of a parabola, would have enhanced the response.
