The response addresses the question of the tension between humanity and the natural environment in a sustained way. It includes contextual details and relevant textual references. A number of complex ideas are addressed, particularly in relation to Brave New World. Strong connections between the two texts are demonstrated. However, the response would be strengthened by more detailed analysis of Blade Runner and a clarification of the postmodern aesthetics of the text.
