The response generates an interesting and engaging discussion of the terms of the question from the outset, and maintains this consistently throughout the essay. Although there is a thorough and thoughtfully considered analysis of the prescribed texts, the discussion of self-selected texts is general and requires deeper evaluation. The response is well structured and there is some very sound and thoughtful technical analysis which is backed up with well chosen examples.
