The response to question 19 demonstrates a thorough knowledge and understanding of the chemistry and the impact on society of a mercury button cell and a dry cell. The response uses descriptive chemistry, specific examples, correct terminology and is well structured. It could be strengthened by including correct chemical equations for each type of cell.
